•The program is a 3-month one-on-one session that will help transform your self-care journey and mindset through simple and actionable steps.

•We will have weekly sessions for four sessions per month, each lasting 60 minutes.

•Meetings can be on Zoom or Google, and there is a minimum 3-month commitment.

What's included in my self-care 1:1 session:

Initial Consultation: During this session, we'll discuss your current self-care routine, any challenges you're facing, and your goals for the future. This consultation helps me understand your personal needs and create a plan that aligns with your goals.

Personalised Plan: After the initial consultation, I'll create a personalized self-care plan based on your needs and goals. This plan may include suggestions for physical self-care, emotional self-care, and mental self-care. The plan will also include actionable steps to help you implement your routine.

Follow-Up Sessions: We'll schedule follow-up sessions to keep you accountable and motivated on your self-care journey. During these sessions, we'll discuss any challenges you're facing, make adjustments to your plan, and celebrate your progress.

Additional Resources: As part of the one-on-one self-care consulting service, I'll provide you with additional resources to support your self-care routine. This may include articles, books, podcasts, or other resources that align with your personal needs and goals.
